This Raffle / Charity came across my email. Wanted to share it with the community.
All of the proceeds from the raffle go to LINC. For many people, the diagnosis of cancer can present countless financial and legal issues, such as sustaining income or employement, obtaining medical treatmetns, or getting insurance coverage. LINC helps cancer patients and their families navigate and overcome these burdens by providing pro bono legal assistance as well as referrals to legal, financial, and community resources, allowing the patients to focus all of their strength on fighting their cancer, or in some cases, living their final days with their families, free from worry.
One patient, Keith, a military veteran, contacted LINC for assistance in obtaining a prosthetic after he had to have his leg amputated from the knee down to fight his cancer. His insurance denied coverage for prosthetic, telling him that he could use crutches for the rest of his life to be mobile. Keith was distraught because he had a physically demanding job, and the special type of prosthetic he needed to return to work would cost over $30,000 out of pocket. With LINC's help, Keith successfully appealed the decision and got his insurance company to cover the prosthetic. As a result, Keith was able to return to his old job and continue with the same earning potential as before his diagnosis.

Our Manassas Miracle 2015 Party was a huge success. Thank you to all who helped, donated, attended, and spread the word. ML&R to the biker community.
We were able to donate many toys and $3,000 to Volunteer Prince William. Anyone who would still like to donate can do so threw their website.
